Immune boosting | gut healing soup 

3 large carrots | chopped
1 small sweet potato | chopped
1 bunch of dino kale | chopped
1/4 purple cabbage | chopped
2 cups broccoli
1 leek | diced
1 cup green lentils
1.5 quarts of no sodium chicken bone broth
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2-inch piece of ginger peeled and diced
1 tablespoon garlic minced
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/8 cup coconut amino acids

First get a BIG pot, put 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in and let melt for about 1-2 minutes. then add the chopped up carrots, sweet potatoes and leeks stir on and off for 5 minutes. Add the bone broth, ginger, garlic, turmeric, ACV and aminos and bring to a boil. Once water is boiling add the lentils and cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Lastly, add the broccoli, kale, and cabbage and take off the lid and stir on medium heat for 15 minutes or until broccoli and lentils are fully cooked. That's it, Enjoy!
